Mobile On-Site Service
Zero downtime. We come to your yard.
Skip the cross-town drive, skip the shop queue, skip the lost billable hours. We bring certified CARB Clean Truck Check testing to your fleet terminal, farm, or home on your schedule.
The mobile advantage
Why fleets choose on-site testing
Taking a heavy-duty truck across town for a CARB test burns fuel, driver hours, and revenue. For an active fleet, multiply that by every rig due in a given cycle and the cost adds up fast. Mobile testing flips the math: one tester comes to you, moves through your lineup, and your vehicles never leave the yard.
No lost billable hours
Drivers stay on dispatch. Trucks stay earning. Testing happens in parallel with daily operations.
Both test types, one visit
Mixed fleet with 2013+ and older rigs? We handle OBD and OVI back-to-back at the same stop.
Flexible scheduling
Early mornings before dispatch, weekends by appointment, or mid-day windows when you have vehicles parked.
Volume pricing
Larger fleets qualify for per-vehicle discounts. One consolidated invoice, one point of contact.

Frequently asked questions
- How far will you travel for mobile testing?
- We cover Sacramento and everything within a 100-mile radius, which includes Stockton, Elk Grove, Modesto, Folsom, Roseville, Davis, Rancho Cordova, Yuba City, and Chico. For larger fleets further out, we can often extend our range. Call us and ask.
- Is there a minimum number of vehicles for a mobile visit?
- No minimum. We test a single truck or a full fleet of 50+ on the same visit. Smaller jobs may carry a modest trip charge outside our immediate Sacramento area; larger fleets qualify for volume pricing.
- Do I need to provide anything on-site?
- Just flat, accessible ground to park the vehicle safely and a fully charged battery. Our tester brings everything else: certified OBD scanner, smoke opacity meter, tablet, and CARB-compliant paperwork.
- Can you test at a customer's residence (for RVs)?
- Yes. Heavy-duty motorhomes and RVs are a large part of our mobile business. We test at the owner's driveway, storage facility, or RV park. You do not need to drive to a shop.
- What hours do you operate?
- Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm, plus Saturdays by appointment. We also schedule early-morning visits for fleets that need testing before daily dispatch.
